Terri is a communications expert with 30+ years in the world of fundraising and philanthropy. She cut her teeth in Local Government media before establishing a freelance copywriting agency specialising in non-profit communications. 

 

A member of the Precision team since 2018, Terri is a Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE) with a keen insight into donor-centred communications. She has worked as both a hands-on fundraiser and donor communications specialist across all cause areas in the not-for-profit sector.

 

In a former role where she worked as a Capital Campaign Director, she gained a unique insight into the world of Major Gifts fundraising through conversations with donors. This insight helps to inform her approach to donor communications that get results.

 

Terri's work has been recognised through FIA Awards in both Capital Campaign and Direct Mail categories, and she has delivered professional development presentations at state and national levels in Australia.

 

She has worked as a mentor to fundraisers in both a professional and pro bono capacity. Direct Mail is her specialty and donor-centric communications is her passion. Terri is also a recognised authority on the crafting of a compelling Case for Support, and effective Trust & Foundation proposals.

 

Terri works with charities large and small to maximise their income and strengthen their donor relationships through communications across the donor journey.
