Digital Printing
HP Indigo and Xerox Sheet-fed
Our HP Indigo 7800 seven-colour and Xerox iGen 150 four-colour offer digital printing that matches offset quality. Plus you get the added advantage of affordable short runs and an expanded 660mm x 340mm sheet size. These presses work with variable data for personalisation and can even print white ink. You can change out data and images to make every output one-of-a-kind. Both presses print on a wide range of media, including coated, uncoated, dark, transparent and recycled stocks.
HP Indigo WS6800 Reel-fed
The HP Indigo WS6800 seven-colour digital label press uses one-shot technology, so registration is always perfect. For extra punch, we can do a double hit of colour. Labels and flexible media are supplied on rolls, for easy application. Print runs can include several SKUs on a single roll to reduce cost.
Océ VarioPrint i300
We have the first Océ VarioPrint i300 in New Zealand. It’s located in Hamilton at Fusion Print, a subsidiary of Soar Print. This amazing press prints, trims, dynamically perforates, folds and binds in a single process. Sheets of paper go in one end and a book comes out the other. The quality of printing matches offset quality and every output can be personalised. Colour punch is unrivalled on uncoated paper and our special square-bind saddle staple finish produces a bookshelf finish with open lay-flat readability.
Offset Printing
On these presses we use vegetable-based inks and aqueous coating.
Heidelberg Speedmaster XL 105,
6 Colour + Coater
The XL 105 outperforms every other press in its category. It can operate at speeds of 18,000 sheets per hour, which translates to shorter lead times. It prints on stock weights up to 1.0mm, making it ideal for everything from the lightest overlay to packaging. And it handles sheet sizes up to 750 x 1050mm, with a maximum image area of 730 x 1040. The on-board Heidelberg Spectrophotometric colour measurement system leaves nothing to chance - it can even detect errors in prepress files. The XL 105 is used mainly for printing of booklets, POS and packaging.
Heidelberg Speedmaster CD 74,

Heidelberg Speedmaster SM 52 Anicolor, 4 Colour + Coater
This press proves that offset printing can compete with digital printing for short runs and come out the winner. It offers super-fast set up for quick turnarounds and less waste paper during make-ready. For runs between 300 and 3000 A3 sheets, Anicolor is extremely competitive. It handles sheet sizes up to 360 x 510mm, with a maximum image area of 340 x 500mm at speeds up to 15,000 sheets per hour. If you save your CMYK file to Fogra ISO standards, we guarantee that the Anicolor will produce a 100% colour match. We also guarantee that the first signed-off printed sheet will match the last printed sheet, regardless of run length.

Large format printing
HP Latex Printers
Our HP L26500 and L360 large format latex presses can print on a broad range of materials, including backlit, vinyl, fabric, paper and vinyl self-adhesive. They have double-sided capability and use durable light fast HP latex inks. Being roll fed, these presses print to widths of 1,550mm; length is limited only by the length of the roll. Outputs include vehicle wraps, vinyl wallpaper, advertising posters, promotional displays, light box backlit films, exhibition pull up banners, billboards, soft signage, bumper stickers and anything else you can think of that needs long-lasting ink.
Epson 80600 EcoSolvent
Our Epson 80600 has the widest colour-gamut available and can match 96% of PMS colours. It can print on a broad range of materials, including backlit, vinyl, fabric, paper and vinyl self-adhesive. We print to widths of 1,550mm; length is limited only by the length of the roll. Outputs include vehicle wraps, vinyl wallpaper, advertising posters, promotional displays, light box backlit films, exhibition pull up banners, billboards, soft signage, bumper stickers and more.
HP Scitex FB700
The FB700 is a flatbed digital press that prints direct to substrate, which saves heaps of set up time – and that translates to cost savings. We print onto a wide array of rigid boards - such as foamboard, coreflute, e flute, b flute and aluminium composite material - applications for which range from retail POS to external corporate signage. The ink is UV-resistant, producing colours that are vibrant and durable. The press also has roll-to-roll capability, so is used for banners up to 2,500mm wide; length is limited only by the length of the roll. This means you can have giant banners, billboards and fence wraps with no joins.
Print finishing technology
Heidelberg Stahl folders
The latest in highly automated folding technology, we have TH82, TD52 and CH56 machines. Our Stahl stable allows us to meet special requirements, such as inline perforations, spine glueing and crash folding for direct mailers.
Heidelberg Stitchmaster ST100
This six-bin-plus-cover feed configuration allows a wide range of formats and trims while the conveyor belts are stationary, which eliminates marking that can occur to covers.
KAMA ProFoil 76 and ProCut53
Flat out brilliant. That’s the best way to describe our KAMA ProFoil 76 and ProCut53 machines. Instead of doing their finishing work in a rotary fashion – which is the way post-press effects used to be done – these presses foil, cut, crease and emboss on the flat. That means a more precise outcome, with no need to bend your card stock around a cylinder. They are fast too, which helps to make special effects more affordable. Kama helps with spectacular packaging for artisan products, stand-out annual reports, fancy business cards, book covers, point-of-sale material, invitations for special events and gorgeous gift boxes.
